I personally liked how Kung Fu Panda 4 began but I also have this idea of an alternate beginning: the opening is still at night but in the Valley of Peace instead of the mines. Two villagers are suddenly startled by the appearance of a mysterious figure covered in shadows, gradually revealing itself to look more and more like Po… the villagers are relieved but “Po” starts rampaging through the village, also with a strange grin on his face and luminous blue eyes ( obviously this is later revealed as the Chameleon 🦎 in disguise). Later we change scene to see that the real Po is away on a mission ( which could still be the stingray from the actual movie, of course) and, after defeating the villain, he returns only to see that the people in the Valley of Peace, with the sole exceptions of his two dads and Shifu, are afraid of him, and to be arrested in the local prison… we may also have a scene about Zhen ( with Shifu or the Five stopping her instead of Po, in this case) and then Po and her could get to know each other in prison, before Shifu corrects the misunderstanding and he is acquitted… not an actual rewrite, only a “What if… ?”
No one: "Name a better villain than Chameleon... YOU CAN'T!"
Me (not even thinking twice) asf:
KFP 4 total grossing: $546.4 million.
Deadpool and Wolverine: $1 Billion (And is still increasing)

Welcome one, welcome all to Xiangling City! This is the main setting for Xin Miao and Zhen's journey. I plan on working on continuing the work tomorrow, so please let me know what you think should be changed.
Hi, see the first post for more details on what this is all about. (https://kungfupanda.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000000285602)
So, here’s the additional details about Xin Miao that aren’t discussed in story:
I decided to change his style of kung fu from Wing Chun to his own called “Wolf Claw” which combines Eagle Claw with Choy Li Fut
His pair of butterfly swords now have a name: the Twin Mist Phantoms (雙霧鬼/双雾鬼; Shuāngwùguǐ).
Now, for his teacher, who now has a name: Wei Xiang (巍翔).
He’s a Stellar’s sea eagle.
Invented Eagle Claw after practicing with Master Oogway (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eagle_Claw)
The rest of their details are in the synopsis of the backstory but I hope you like what I have so far.
Backstory:
A long time ago, in the early days of kung fu and alongside other students like Shifu, there was a student named Wei Xiang who practiced under Master Oogway. Wei Xiang turned to kung fu with a noble desire to defend the weak, and in seeing his potential, Master Oogway took him in, but warmed him that with potential and power such as his, he should be be wary of it and getting attached to it. Eventually, Wei Xiang finished his training and developed a grappling-based style called “Eagle Claw,” then set out to spread his knowledge, settling on the eastern coast in Xiangling City (響玲城/响玲城; “Resounding Jade City”) outside the Valley of Peace.
Wei initially struggled to find students, as many were not initially interested in kung fu, lacked the determination for it, or did not join due to Wei being an outsider, but all of that changed when Xin Miao arrived as an orphan on his doorstep on a rainy night. Due to the weather and location of his house, which was situated on the coast, and the fortune that he wasn’t dead yet, he named him “Xin Miao.” Wei then took Xin as his prized pupil and son, teaching him well and even allowing him to develop his own style, which he named “Wolf Claw” as a reference to his father’s, and become a Master in his own right. The two were inseparable, and through their interactions with the town, word spread and soon, Wei began to have new pupils and became a popular Master within the town and some smaller neighboring ones over the course of a couple of years.
Eventually though, Wei gradually started becoming paranoid, and in fearing that people were becoming jealous of him and his abilities, began to change. Wei started treating his students less as people and more as weapons, especially Xin and other top students, and Xin became worried for his father. At the height of his paranoia, Xin asked what was the matter, Wei then told him that he feared enemies were out to get him and Xin, but when Xin tried to console and reassure his father, Wei snapped at him. While Xin was stunned into silence, Wei then gave him a list and told him to kill each of the people on the list, and Xin quickly became appalled, but Wei threatened him, saying that he would no longer consider Xin his son, and not wanting to lose his father, Xin complied.
Xin became a skilled assassin, murdering each person Wei asked quickly and efficiently, but eventually, the guilt of what he was doing and the anger towards his father made him mad with rage. After killing yet another Master in the dead of night, yet again it was raining, Xin stormed into their home to find his father. Sure enough, he found him, staring into the coast as the moon hung above them. Xin told his father then that he had reached his limit, and pleaded to stop the senseless killing, but Wei refused vehemently. After arguing, Xin finally snapped, and killed Wei in a fit of rage, only realizing what he did after his father was dead. Scarred by what he did, Xin fled into the shadows after burying his father, swearing that he would kill every kung fu master he could to overthrow them.
Nowadays, though few have ever seen him and lived, him and his name are now spread like an urban legend, and he has earned the title of Wraith (幽靈/幽灵; Yōulíng). He has long since rejected his title of Master as well.
Hi! I need help making an original character who would serve as a villain for Zhen after the events of Kung Fu Panda 4. I haven’t watched the movie yet (and I plan to do so), but I do want the villain a foul character to her. How do you think I should go about this, and what tips do you have for me? Btw, here’s the notes, I have yet to make anything official except his design, martial art, and name:
His name is Xin Miao (鑫淼). Xin is a Mongolian wolf and he practices Wing Chun, but prefers to use his two butterfly swords (better known as Baat Jaam Do) instead of fighting hand-to-hand. The backstory I’m thinking about doing is that he is taken in by a master as an orphan, trains under them and grows powerful alongside them, but is then unknowingly taken advantage of and used as tool by the master to solidify their place as the most powerful by eliminating other masters who are claimed to be “enemies.” After realizing what he’s doing, Xin goes back and kills his own master and becomes a professional assassin who plans to kill all kung fu masters in China and overthrow them. A motif I want for him, as referenced in his name, is water or rain, and I’m currently having trouble incorporating it. If you have any suggestions, let me know, and I’ll also share my own if curious.
This is so unfair and so unjustified! What do you guys think about this?

The one with "user" is my account.
This guy is already in my bad books because he is immensely disrespectful of those who liked Kung Fu Panda 4, Ruby Gillman and Trolls 3. He hurls insults at those people who enjoy the movies saying "anyone who likes these disrespectful cash grab objectively bad movies is a child, a DreamWorks fanboy and who is dumb as bricks". So it is no surprise he would say that the mostly positive critical reception of KFP4 would disturb him. He is also a hater of Ruby Gillman and Trolls 3. RB:TK I haven't watched but it has it's own fanbase that genuinely liked the movie. Trolls 3 is a fun decently entertaining movie. It is even considered to be the best of the franchise by its fanbase. I will of course ignore these haters. I do not care about these insults. I am just genuinely upset how people are so disrespectful of others opinions. These are the same fickle-minded people who expected every movie after Puss in Boots: The Last Wish to be a masterpiece.

Here's some concept art I found on reddit that shows us Po fighting a human character originally called "The Collector" who would've become the Chameleon in the future.
My goodness gracious, what the heck was Mike Mitchell on? He really sat there and was all like: "Hmm... Yeah, I'm sure humans would be a GREAT IDEA! I'm sure all the kids will be HAPPY about it!" I strongly doubt he even watched the trilogy. Thank Stephanie that she stopped this man from descending to complete madness.
But... There's more...
And what makes it even worse is the fact that these were gonna be played by REAL people. This is like putting Metroman in Shrek.
Tell me what you guys think, is this a nay or would you guys have actually wanted this?
