I personally liked how Kung Fu Panda 4 began but I also have this idea of an alternate beginning: the opening is still at night but in the Valley of Peace instead of the mines. Two villagers are suddenly startled by the appearance of a mysterious figure covered in shadows, gradually revealing itself to look more and more like Po… the villagers are relieved but “Po” starts rampaging through the village, also with a strange grin on his face and luminous blue eyes ( obviously this is later revealed as the Chameleon 🦎 in disguise). Later we change scene to see that the real Po is away on a mission ( which could still be the stingray from the actual movie, of course) and, after defeating the villain, he returns only to see that the people in the Valley of Peace, with the sole exceptions of his two dads and Shifu, are afraid of him, and to be arrested in the local prison… we may also have a scene about Zhen ( with Shifu or the Five stopping her instead of Po, in this case) and then Po and her could get to know each other in prison, before Shifu corrects the misunderstanding and he is acquitted… not an actual rewrite, only a “What if… ?”

Panda Pig is one of the most popular denizens in the Valley of Peace, but there is a dark side to him that not many people are familiar with. Today I will be talking about my history with Panda Pig, his common use of plagiarism, and the devious and shady methods he uses to achieve his goals, which leads me to the first big point;

1. He is not a real panda:

If you are unaware, Panda Pig is most well known for cosplaying as our most honorable and all-mighty Dragon Warrior, Po. But if you are a normal citizen of the Valley of Peace, you would be familiar with the annual Dragon Warrior Look-Alike Contest. For the past couple of years, Mrs. Chow has always won first place. But just earlier this year, Panda Pig was the winner. This is where I come in; in those previous contests, it was Panda Pig who always ended up in second place, right behind Mrs. Chow. Good ol’ PP got tired of being second fiddle to Chow, so he decided that he was going to steal her costume design. In order to accomplish this, he hired me to break into her house and steal the designs late at night. After I accomplished this, he chained my leg to a desk and told me to start working. I was given no breaks, and I was only allowed to make the costume for him. When I was finally finished, he kicked me out of his house and never gave me my money. He then took first place at the contest and even participated in the new Dragon Warrior Tournament, which leads me to my next big point;

2. He was never worthy to become the Dragon Warrior:

Panda Pig was one of the contenders at the latest Dragon Warrior Tournament, but as you all saw, nobody at the event was chosen by Po to be his successor. The competition at the tournament was tough, but in reality, it was all fake. All of the other competitors were payed actors, hired by Panda Pig.

He intentionally rigged the competition to become successful, luckily Po didn’t choose him or any of those sticklers. Panda Pig couldn’t become the real Dragon Warrior because he is clearly not worthy, as shown by his fowl play, which leads me to my final big point;

3. He fakes his kind actions;

Panda Pig will usually be going around town giving money to the poor, renovating old houses and building the new well. But Panda Pig is not accomplishing these actions out of the kindness of his heart, he’s doing this just so he can look good and cover up for the terrible things that I just listed above. While on the side he always sells his unofficial Dragon Warrior merchandise, which is in the town is illegal if you don’t have a permit. With him constantly selling his merchandise to the local children, he is promoting false advertising to their still developing brains with these illegal businesses practices.

I hope you have learned the truth about Panda Pig, his devious tactics and the seemingly kind acts he does to cover up his heinous crimes against the Valley of Peace and its citizens.

Part Two Coming Soon

Oogway set out for glorious adventures: -

• He voyaged across the Earth, visiting every continent. He spent weeks and even months in those continents. For all continents except Antarctica - He just reached the edge and said “Well, this sucks” before continuing his exploration.

• He was enlightened with the cultures, the lifestyles and the animal citizens. He was fascinated by how diverse the world was with its animals. In this way 5 years passed. Within these years he made regular visits to the Galapagos.

• Now, he set foot in an Asian country that he was yet to explore - China. He was awe-struck and taken aback by the chinese cultures, the rich landscapes and the lifestyles. No country fascinated him as much as China. He ventured deep into the country, and kept venturing deep.

• Until he arrived at the Wu Dan Mountains. He kept climbing till he reached a point from where he could see an entire valley teeming with villagers. A large peach tree was present at that point. Oogway lied down, took the peaches and munched on them.

• However, petals started flowing away from the tree. Wind was blowing. Oogway noticed some movement far away. He used his telescope to see how wolves with swords and shields were marching towards the valley. Dusk was approaching. Oogway watched in fear and horror as the wolves marched into the valley, they fought with the local police of bulls but they were defeated. The wolves raided the villages, broke into the offices of the mayor and killed him. They took over the villages. (However note that they are trying to avoid needless bloodshed by not killing or torturing the citizens. They are just looting the banks and breaking down government offices). However, the wolves did not leave with loot like bandits. Instead they stayed there, breaking down the office buildings and using those lands for some nefarious purposes. As evening came, Oogway wandered through the hills aimlessly, feeling helpless and guilty. He was so grief-stricken that he wept and created a pool of tears.

Oogway (thought): I cannot fight these people. I can’t, I can’t. There is no way, no…

A mysterious voice whispered “Oogway”.

Oogway: Who ?

“Oogway” !!

The whispers came from a cave. Oogway went inside it. He asked “Who are you ?”. He observed as golden particles conjured and took the form of a golden chi dragon. “I am a Dragon God” replied the figure. An awe-struck Oogway bowed in reverence to the mystical being “My Lord.”

Dragon God: I am seeing the oppression of the Chinese people. A once peaceful nation is under the threat from internal revolts. A change must be made, and you, Oogway shall bring the change.

Oogway: Me ? Who am I to save these people ? I am a stranger. I am a mere tortoise.

Dragon God (thundered): MERE !! YOU CALL YOURSELF “A MERE TORTOISE” !! You were the one who defeated a sea monster and earned his respect.

Oogway: I did. But….. It must have been an accident !!

Dragon God: THERE ARE NO ACCIDENTS !! Its your Destiny !!

Oogway: You can save these people. They are your people. You have the power of a god.

Dragon God: I can. But the mortals must also learn and grow. Mortals must face these struggles and discover their own strength. Oogway, you shall be the inventor of Kung Fu !!

Oogway: Kung Fu ?

Dragon God: Yes. Combat skills that combine physical prowess with harmony and focus.

Oogway: But what strength do I have to invent it ? I am no fighter.

Dragon God: Strength is not always physical skill. Your best talent can be your strength. Your strength is your knowledge, your creativity, your compassion but most importantly your resilience……… I know it will take time. It will take decades for you to invent kung fu. But it is through practice that you will achieve mental and spiritual peace and become adept in this art.

Oogway: I don’t even know where to begin.

Dragon God: Just look into all the knowledge you acquired from your globe-trotting adventures.

Oogway: I can’t do this without your help.

Dragon God: Don’t worry. I will be there to guide you as your spiritual leader. You will spend your days looking into your knowledge. Whenever you feel conflicted, just close your eyes and meditate. It will cleanse your mind. But this is a heavy burden. It will take years for you to invent this art. During this time, your devotion must be kung fu. The more concentrated you are, the faster you will develop kung fu.

Oogway: That means I cannot visit my people.

Dragon God: The choice is yours.

Oogway: I accept. My father would be proud if I can save these people.

Oogway spent his days meditating, going through all the notes and accounts. He studied the anatomy and fight styles of several animals. 30 years passed by. Oogway was now enlightened. He could see light in the darkest cave and hear the wingbeat of a butterfly. He was now confident that he was ready to take on the wolves. He noticed as the years passed by, the initial wolf leaders who dominated the villages maintained a level of decency and morality, but now the leaders were becoming more tyrannical and used the citizens as slaves. They built factories to make more weapons such as swords, shields, spears, etc.

So I plan to make this into a prequel trilogy of 3 fanfictions. This is chapter 1 of first fanfiction.

• 1000 years before the events of KFP1, at one of the remote islands of the Galapagos, during a peaceful dusk, mayhem occurs. Demons from the underworld attack the island, killing and feeding on the Galapagos Tortoise citizens. (An allusion to how in reality they became endangered as they were hunted for their meat and oil). One of the tortoise families managed to save their 100 day old child. Safely kept in a basket, the baby tortoise is set afloat in the sea and it reaches a different neighboring island, which interestingly wasn't even touched by the demons.

• The baby tortoise gets adopted by the royal family of marine iguanas that were the chieftains of that island. The royals were childless themselves. The brother of the chief had died along with his wife. So the chief and his wife decided to raise their nephew along with the tortoise child. The tortoise is none other than the one who would be known as Oogway: The Magnificent.

• The iguana chiefs were Kantu and Mallki and their nephew’s name was Killa.

• 20 years pass by. Right now Oogway does not have the movie personality. His character right now is similar to Moses when he was a Royal Prince of Egypt - A bit charismatic and addicted to knowledge and adventure. His island made trade with other nearby islands and countries. He spoke with the local traders and fishermen. Oogway still had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and himself wanted to explore the outer world. But his father Kantu was reluctant, aware of the dangers of the sea and the outside world.

Kantu: Oogway, I know you want to explore the world and you have this burning passion inside you but the outside world poses a lot of dangers.

Oogway: I know father but life would have been boring if everything was easy and there were no risks.

Kantu: I see, quite the thrill seeker you are. So was I when I was your age. I wanted to sail all around the globe.

Oogway: So what happened ?

Kantu: I sailed all around the globe !!

Oogway: Really !! You never told me.

Kantu: Well in my imagination.

(Both laugh)

Kantu: But I also had my responsibilities. Taking care of my clan, guiding my people, protecting them. A leader always puts his people's needs ahead of his.

Oogway: I know, father, but if I can explore the world, I can bring new knowledge and wisdom to our people. We can’t always stay isolated. We should connect with other people. I mean we do have trade and commerce but we also should expand our communities.

Kantu: I will think about it but for now you should help the fishing crew.

Oogway leaves to assist Killa and his fishing crew. Oogway boasts his own fishing rod and line in front of Killa. He made it on his own with the knowledge from outside traders. As Killa and his crew are fishing, Oogway decides to explore uncharted coastline territories. He notices some strange underwater activity. He throws the bait and soon a big fish catches it. He pulls it with all his strength but then something unexpected happens. Something even bigger follows the fish on-line. It swallows it and swims opposite and Oogway gets pulled into the water and dragged along the surface as he is still holding the rod and line and he regrets making them so durable that the creature cannot break it. After a while, the creature swings Oogway and throws him into the forest. It's a sea monster - A serpentine creature with limbs !! It spits bluish acid, burning the trees. It chases Oogway and follows it into the village borders. Oogway falls and the creature glares at him. He had heard from the sailors about them and he had heard about a pressure point under their chin, which would temporarily paralyze it. Oogway locates the spot and strikes it with his claws. He subdues it. All the villagers gather around cheering Oogway. However, the creature wakes up but surprisingly bows down before Oogway as a gesture of respect. The creature leaves the village and into the sea.

However, the village’s joy and happiness does not last long as Kantu falls sick and is on his deathbed. Seeing his ability to use knowledge to defend himself, Kantu is assured that Oogway is capable of protecting himself. He gives him the liberty to explore the world outside. "Go, explore what is out there and find your real self." Oogway is still reluctant. It is only after the persuasion of Mallki and Killa that he agrees to pursue his globe-trotting adventure. Killa bids him his farewell "May you visit regularly brother". Saying this Oogway departs on his own ship with a couple of crew members. This marks the beginning of a new adventure. An adventure that would alter the course of history.

I’ve got a new headcanon for Lord Jiang, the Asian black bear villain of my KFP 5 script, partially based also on the earlier drafts for Tai Lung 🐆❄️: he is the leader of a group of villains, specifically some vengeful nomad clans he has met in the desert during his exile and recruited as his army in order to take down the Emperor 🐅🤍 and the Imperial City 🏯⛩.

Po's favorite color is orange. What do you guys think?

Po and Mr. Ping are Taoists.

Monkey and Mantis are Buddhists.

Shifu, Tigress and Crane are atheists.

Viper is a Muslim (yes, Chinese Muslims exist).

Oogway is a mixture of different religions.

Zeng is a Catholic.

Concept: Concept is based on Kung fu panda series Legends of Awesomeness: Season 2 Episode 5-"Kung fu Shoes". In this series Shifu said to Po that if you won't do the training, you will not reach to the next level higher than dragon warrior that is Celestial Phoenix. He further says that Celestial phoenix will be so close to universe that he will defeat an opponent by just looking at them and the one who passes the 3 needles test is Celestial Phoenix. Later when Po achieved this level by power of magical shoes Shifu tell that you have got the highest understanding in all of Kung fu than anyone has ever had and you should share your wisdoms with other.

Keeping the above-mentioned concept in mind, I wrote a kung fu panda 4 sequel which I hope will entertain you.

It all starts from and Ancient Museum name Hall of Unbound Mysteries. One fateful day, a diligent duck worker named Quill was meticulously dusting the ancient statues. His feathered wings fluttered as he moved from one exhibit to another, brushing away the accumulated dust of ages. Among the statues, he noticed an extraordinary figure—an imposing gorilla frozen in a kung fu pose. Its eyes bore an intensity that seemed to pierce through time itself.

But what truly captured Quill’s attention was the red stone embedded in the gorilla’s chest. It pulsed with an otherworldly glow, casting crimson shadows on the surrounding marble. Quill’s curiosity got the better of him, and he reached out to touch the stone. As his webbed fingers made contact, the entire room trembled. The gorilla’s stone chest plate shattered, revealing a powerful energy within.

The gorilla statue sprang to life, its stone limbs cracking and crumbling. Quill stumbled backward, his beak agape in shock. The gorilla flexed its newfound muscles, its eyes fixed on Quill. With a voice that echoed like distant thunder, it declared, “Freedom at last!”

Quill’s heart raced as he witnessed the impossible. The gorilla leaped from its pedestal, crashing through the museum’s glass ceiling. Sunlight flooded in, illuminating the chaos that ensued. People screamed and scattered; their museum visits abruptly interrupted.

Outside, the city streets transformed into a battleground. A regiment of rhino soldiers—disciplined and heavily armored—charged toward the gorilla. Their leader bellowed orders, determined to subdue this unexpected threat. But the gorilla stood defiant, its fur bristling, and its fists clenched.

With a primal roar, the gorilla slammed its massive finger into the ground. The earth quaked, and fissures spread like wildfire. The rhino soldiers stumbled, their armor no match for the unleashed force. The ground erupted, swallowing them whole. Debris flew, and the once-imposing army lay defeated.

Then Jade Palace shows up and the furious Five and Zhen attack Po Like they did in first film with Master Shifu. Po stops all of their attacks. After some time, they all have a lunch at Mr. Pings Nodal Shop were PO Challenges his father to Dumpling Eating Contest and still loses. Then head towards the Jade Palace and meet Master Shifu. He tells Po that Master Yang is Coming. Furthermore, He explains that Master Yang is the son of Master Tai Chi who unlocked all the hidden secrets of Kung fu With Master Oogway, he is the spiritual Kung fu Master in all the world and he is coming to train you as his replacement. Po gets really excited and happy. This Communication was going on that suddenly Master Yang appeared.

Master Yang: -

Master Yang warns them about Xian and tells his story. He says that long time ago when there was no kung fu, China was ruled by demon forces. To overcome these forces Master Oogway and Master Tai Chi Invented Kung fu and train people. But the hidden secrets of Kung fu were still Under the Protection of Master Tai Chi. Later on, He developed the legend of the Furious Five. Furious Five were a group of top 5 greatest and Reliable Kung fu Masters in the China. A Gorilla Xian was the strongest member of those Furious Five. He was going to become the next Guardian of the Mystical Secrets who shall protect the hidden secrets and store them for the Future Life But something else was written in his destiny. Xian started to Spread those Mystical secrets to other folks and wanted to be a ruler of all World. So, Master Tai Chi chose me as his successor. Xian becomes evil. He started to secretly watch us when my dad was teaching me all the hidden secrets and used them against the villagers. Later, Xian attack us with his army, he fought with an Honor. Dad Tried to stop him but he passed away. Finally, I stop him and turned him into a statue using Red Stone of Petrification. But now he has escaped and only Celestial phoenix can defeat him. Po as you are the Spiritual Leader of China, so now it's your turn to be my Successor, to be the new Guardian of the Mystical Secrets.

Po and Zhen went to the Training Hall. As Po was teaching Zhen the Wuxi Finger Hold, Zeng appears with a Message and delivers it to Po. It was about Xian who destroyed the Hall of Unbound Mysteries. Po sends the Furious Five and Zhen to the Museum to investigate and reveal his Plans. Afterwards, Master Yang and Po start traveling towards Wudang (A village where secrets of Kung fu were unlocked) and learn those secrets.

When Po and Master Yang reached Wudang Valley, they further travel to a Majestic Hidden Cave. This Cave was where Maser Tai Chi Discovered all the Hidden Secrets of Kung fu. [Scene Closes]

Master Tai Chi:

Furious Five and Zhen Head Towards the Hall of Unbound Mysteries. When they reached there, they see that Xian was building a huge Prison. They were going to stop him but they suddenly realized that there was an army of thousands of Gorillas. As Zhen was a Thief so she Led the furious five secretly towards Xian. They were watching Xian from behind the rock. He says: Sooner I will destroy Yang and all of the Masters of Kung fu. Furious five and Zhen gasps. Hearing the sound Xian sees them and orders his army to attack them and destroy. Furious Five and Zhen fight those Gorillas. Zhen takes down 3 gorillas at a time, while each of the Furious Five takes them one by one. They Keep on Fighting but they find out that all the gorillas also know Kung fu. So, they all get defeated and Xian lock them into that prison. [Scene Closes]

Xian Jin:

On the Other hand, Master Yang started Po's Training. At the First try Po couldn't succeeded. Later on, he started to get better and better and background music plays as same as in Shifu and Po training in first film. Po keep on learning and when he is trained, he destroys every training stuff in that place. He also fights some warriors and defeat 100 warriors at one time. Po also defeats the last two remaining warriors by the similar move Dream Po did in the first film and jumps and stretch his legs and hit them so hard that they went over the wall and then he strikes the ground with his hand (Multiple Cracks Appear on the Ground). Master Yang gets inspired and they two do the Kung Fu Bow to each other and smile [Background Music Fades]. They Head back toward the Valley of peace. [Scene Closes]

Then, Xian Appears and have a little Chatting with the Furious Five and Zhen. He says: Once I destroy Each and every Kung fu Master in China, everyone will Bow down to me. Tigress says: You will never Achieve your goal Xian. He says: Hahaha! It's what you think. . .After I defeat Master Yang and his successor no one will even have a chance against me. Zhen and Furious five were tied up but Zhen with the help of her Hairpin Escaped and hide behind a Pillar. Furious Five tell her that you must go and warn Po, The Valley of Peace is in Danger. Forget about us just Go. She secretly Escapes from that place and head towards Po.

Po and Master Yang were talking to each other heading towards Valley of Peace, Po says: So, Now I am the Guardian of Mystical Secrets Right. Yang says: Probably, but still, you cannot defeat Xian. Po says: Why not? Yang Says: Because only “Celestial Phoenix” can defeat the One who has learnt Secrets of Kung fu. Po says: Who is he? Yang Says: The one who defeats the army by just a single glance. This strike is called "Optics Blast". Po says: Oh yes, now I Remember that. Master Shifu told me about this once but he says that it's only a legend and is practically impossible. Yang Says: It is not impossible. It just requires Concentration, Suddenly, Zhen appears Po looks back and see that she is injured. Po asks him what happen but she was too injured that Could not even talk. Po takes her to his father's Noodle shop and provide her the First aid. Then he asks Zhen tell me what happened? She tells Po that Xian is Coming to destroy all Kung fu Masters in China and his main victim is Master Yang. Po ran upstairs to tell Master Shifu.

Po Meets with Master Shifu while he was meditating in Jade Palace. Po tells him that Xian is heading this way. Then, The Jade Place doors breaks and Xian Appears. Po says with anger: Xian. Xian says: Oh! So, you recognized me, how rued I didn't even get a chance to Present Myself. Po says: Recognize you? Oh, I thought you were the guy who delivers my noodles! But if you insist, I’ll take a side of knuckle sandwiches with extra kung fu sauce. Po and Master Shifu try hard to stop him. They were fighting him until Master Yang appeared and fights with them. Zhen was at nodal shop that she heard a sound of Xian coming from Jade Palace. She quickly started to run upstairs. Xian nearly defeated Yang and Shifu, and injured them. Xian attacked Po so much he was unable to defend it and strikes him with pillars of the Jade Palace. Xian looks back and takes master Yang with him. Shifu tries to stop him but he Kills shifu with his Blast Punch. Shifu NOOOOOO! Po says. Zhen appears and jumps and try to hit Xian but it was too late and he Disappears and takes master Yang with him. Po quickly run towards Shifu. Po Says: Everything will be fine. Shifu Replies: No, Po. It's your time now. It's your time to lead the Jade Palace Defeat Xian and fulfill your destiny. Po Cries and Says: Shifu Please don't go. Shifu says: I am really proud to be your Master. And Shifu ascends. Zhen and Po become really sad and Clouds starts Raining.

Po stands up and takes a deep Breath. Mr. Ping and Li also Came Upstairs. Po says: It's Over, Master Shifu has gone and I don't have even a chance against Xian, it's over. Zhen Encourages Po and Says: No Po you have to defeat him and Save the Valley. Po Says: Didn't you see that Zhen. Xian has destroyed the Museum; he has killed Master Shifu even he has defeated Master Yang. There's No way I can stop him. Zhen Says: But Po. Po Says: No Zhen, it is time to face the truth. There is nothing that I can do. Zhen Says: Fine if you do not want to save the world, I will do it Myself. Zhen runs towards the Museum to stop Xian.

Li Shan Says: Po you have to go after her. Po replies: Why bother. It's Impossible to defeat Xian. Mr. Ping tries to encourage him and says: Po, courage isn’t about having all the answers or knowing the outcome. It’s about taking that first step, even when the path seems impossible. Remember the bamboo shoots? They start small, but they break through the earth, reaching for the sky. You’re like that bamboo, Po. You have strength within you, and sometimes, it takes adversity to reveal it. So, go face Xian. Not because you’re certain of victory, but because the world needs your heart, your spirit, and your kung fu. Po replies: Huh! You are right dad. It's my Job to Protect Kung fu and I will. Po angrily steps forward takes his hat and jumps from the jade place all the way down and Whispers: Xian prepare to face the Thunder. After some time, he gets back takes his dumpling and go again. [Scene Closes]

Zhen appears and hide behind a pillar. She sees down that Xian has Captured Master Yang and Furious Five and all Kung fu Masters of China. She turns back but Gorillas were coming this way. So, she ran looking back and bumped into Po and gasps. Po says: Calm down it's just me. Zhen take deep Breath and Says: Po! glad to see you again but how did you change your mind. Po Says: It's a long story, first we have to defeat Xian and His army. Zhen Says: Yes, but how? Po Says: I think I have an idea. [Scene Closes]

Two Gorillas were talking to each other and Po jumps down and knock them off. After this Xian sees Po coming, he orders his all army to attack and eliminate Po. Po starts to beat the all gorillas. Taking Benefit of this diversion Zhen sneak in to Furious Five. Po keep on fighting the Gorillas. Zhen was getting them out of Prison. Tigress asks: Where is Master Shifu? Zhen Replies: He has Passed Away. Furious Five say in union: What! NO. Viper asks: What happened to him. Zhen Replies: Xian has killed him. Furious Five get sad. Zhen Says: There is no time to Cry. We have to stop Xian and his Army. Furious Five say: Let’s do it.

PO Fighting Xian's Army:

Po fights the Gorillas but they were so many of them So he gets exhausted and gets hit, but Suddenly, Furious Five and Zhen jumps in and Help Po to defeat Xian's Army. Tigress Says: Po, you go save Master Yang we will Handle them. Po heads towards Master Yang and sees that Xian is there. When Xian watched that his army is getting destroyed, he gets angry and holds a giant rock and says: Let's Finish it now. He throws the rock to Master Yang but Po Jumps into it and smash the Rock into Peaches. Xian say: The Panda alive! No way. Xian attacks him but Po doges the attack and hits him to the wall with help of his Heroes Chi. Po then head towards Master Yang and Break his Chains. Master Yang gets freed and they Both attack Xian.

Xian's Army Gorilla:

Po goes low and Master Yang goes high, making it difficult for Xian to defend the attacks. Po also attacks with his chi. Xian, unable to fight them sits on the floor. Po slowly move towards him. “Xian,” Po began, his voice steady, “I’ve heard your story—the rise, the fall, and the darkness that consumed you. But there’s another path, one you haven’t fully explored. Xian’s eyes narrowed. “What path?” “The path of redemption,” Po replied. “You were once part of the Furious Five, a beacon of hope. Xian scoffed. “Why should I care about redemption?”

“Because redemption isn’t about erasing your past,” Po said. “It’s about shaping your future. You have a choice: continue down this dark path, or embrace the light. Remember the honor you once fought with—the honor that made you a legend.”

Xian scoffed, his eyes narrowing. “Future? Legends? You’re lost in fairy tales. The past is all that matters. “The Mystical Secrets are mine now,” he declared. “And I’ll reshape the world in my image.”

Xian attacked, the ground shaking. They fought fiercely in the bamboo grove—a battle of fate. When the dust settled, Xian emerged victorious, consumed by darkness. Po, watching, felt a heavy heart. Sometimes wisdom couldn’t change a determined soul. Xian attacks Po surprisingly sending him spinning faraway and doges Master Yang's attack and hit him hard in air. Master Yang was too old so he could not defend and gets unconscious. Xian was about to kill Master Yang but Furious five and Zhen Showed up and start to attack him. Po was badly injured, he was about to give up, but he turns back and looks Furious Five and Zhen defeating Xian behind him [Silent Music Plays] Then Po realized that it's the matter of Confidence.

Music Fades and Furious Five were Beaten. Zhen uses Wuxi Finger Hold on Xian and a little spark appears but nothing happens. Xian Laugh and Says: Haha! That's whatever you got. Too Bad. Fool I know the Secrets of Kung fu and none of those Move can destroy me. Xian Strikes Zhen hard and head towards Master Yang. But Po stood up and stops his attack. Xian says: Would you ever Surrender. “I surrender to no darkness,” Po declared, Closing his eyes. And then, as if the very earth trembled in agreement, he opened his eyes. The Gorilla army dissolved into whispers of mist, leaving only awe-struck witnesses (Refer from the First Film Dream Po 's Eye Blast).

Furious Five, Zhen and Master Yang get surprised.

Xian stammered, disbelief etching his face. “How?” he whispered.

Po smiled and Says: “Because sometimes, even legends need a little magic.”

The bamboo grove crackled with energy as Po faced Xian. Xian attacks Po and he Stops his attack By Shielding Power. After that, Xian attack with his dark Chi. Po uses The Harmonious Breath move and taps into the energy of the Wudang Mountains, breathing in the essence of balance. With each exhale, he releases a wave of chi that disrupts Xian’s dark energy. Xian’s eyes widen as Po inhales the mountain’s energy. He tries to disrupt it, but the chi waves catch him off guard. For a moment, Xian’s darkness wavers, revealing vulnerability. Then Po uses The Bamboo Whirlwind and spins like a cyclone, gathering the strength of the bamboo grove. As he strikes, the ground trembles, sending shockwaves through Xian’s defenses. Xian growls, attempting to match Po’s cyclonic spins. But the ground trembles, and he stumbles. His attacks falter, and he realizes he’s up against more than physical force. Xian strikes the ground with his two Fingers Destroying the Ground into Pieces. Po uses The Still Pond Meditation to enter a deep meditative state, becoming as still as a tranquil pond. In this calmness, he anticipates Xian’s moves, countering with precise strikes. Finally, Po uses The Dragon's Embrace. Using this Secret Po channels the spirit of the Celestial Phoenix, allowing its fiery energy to envelop him. His punches become flames, searing through Xian’s darkness. As Po’s punches ignite, Xian’s fear flares. He dodges, but the flames singe his fur. He glances at the Celestial Phoenix symbol on Po’s paw, realizing he’s facing ancient power. Then Po Strike Xian towards the Mountains. But Xian jumps and tries to attack Po.

Po stepped closer, and developed his own move Harmony Strike touching his thumb and two fingers to Xian’s chest. A surge of energy pulsed through them both. Xian staggered, his darkness unraveling. Light burst forth, consuming Xian. The ground trembled, and a kung fu symbol (Tai Chi) blazed in the sky—a testament to Po’s victory.

Master Yang Freed up All the other Kung fu Masters. They all start Cheering up. Considering Po as the true Warrior of Kung fu, Master Yang Declares Po as Celestial Phoenix. And everyone bow down to Po Including Zhen, Furious Five, Master Yang and all of the other Masters.

Master Yang asks: Po how did you Mastered the Optics Blast?

Po Replied: It just required a little Confidence.

They all Come back to the Jade Palace. After Seeing Po 's Victory Mr. Ping hugs him and says: Remember this moment, son. The battles won’t end, but your spirit remains unbreakable.” Master Yang Says: “Po, you’ve woven your destiny with threads of courage and compassion. The path you’ve walked isn’t just about defeating Xian—it’s about shaping the very fabric of existence.” Po Says: Thanks Master Yang.

And so, the valley celebrates—a feast of noodles, laughter, and newfound hope. Po gazes at the rising sun, knowing that legends are written not in battles won, but in hearts transformed.

As the credits roll, we see Po performs the 3-needle test and kicks the first needle that flies over the Credit and passes through the second needle and strikes the third needle with so force that bends its tip at end of credits. (It will Show that he is truly the Celestial Phoenix as he does it without using kung fu shoes this time). Later, Shifu's Funeral is also seen in the Credits and Shifu reuniting with Oogway and Tai lung in spirit Realm as well.

Note: Master Yang won't appear in Kung fu Panda 6. So, Po is Now the Spiritual Leader of the China.

Hi, it’s been a while since I last spoke about my idea for KFP 5, due for February 5, 2027… I wanted to post that on the Kung Fu Panda Fanon Wiki but, due to my inability to use it, I will post it here instead: here are some nice fun facts about my OCs for the movie, especially the Asian black bear 🐻 villain Lord Jiang and the new sidekick Princess Shuren 🐅🤍, Tigress’s leucistic younger sister and heir to the throne of China 🇨🇳.

Lord Jiang:

• The name Jiang has been chosen due to its similarity to jian, a Chinese type of sword 🗡, reflecting his preferred combat style;

• Inspirations for Lord Jiang include “Iron Vest” Yim from Once upon a time in China, Shan Yu from Mulan, the first three movies’ villains ( Tai Lung, Lord Shen and Kai the Collector), and Drago Bludvist from How to Train your Dragon 2;

• Continuing the previous tradition, he is related to a positive main character in some way, specifically to Tigress and Shuren ( after Tai Lung to Shifu, Shen to Po, Kai with Oogway and the Chameleon with Zhen) as their father’s former brother at arms;

• His eyes are orange in reference to the color theory of the saga, combining red and yellow, the latter due to his formerly heroic nature;

• He is the second main antagonist in the franchise to have an artificial body part after Shen

Princess Shuren:

• Some of the inspiration from Shuren, as well as from a personal real life source, comes from Disney Princess characters such as Mulan from the eponymous movie, as well as Ariel from The Little Mermaid and Princess Jasmine from Aladdin, as well as from both Po and Zhen themselves due to her “unlikely heroine” character;

• She is confirmed to be 16 years old at the time of the movie, making her about 10 years younger than her older sister Tigress;

• She’s the second leucistic animal to be a main character in the canon franchise after Lord Shen;

• She has a number of hidden skills and interests besides Kung Fu, such as drawing, playing her Erhu ( a typical Chinese fiddle) and playing Chinese chess, of which she is a skilled player ( she is also seen playing a match of the aforementioned game with Master Shifu in the Jade Palace in the end credits of the movie);

• An earlier, discarded idea for the movie suggested a “Phoenix Warrior” role for Shuren, complementarily to Zhen’s ( and formerly Po’s) role as Dragon Warrior, reflecting the dualism of phoenixes and dragons in Chinese mythology;

• She is the only sibling of one of the Furious Five to be canonically seen in the franchise ( Viper’s sisters, by contrast, are only mentioned once and never actually seen, while Monkey’s brother Wu Kong is only seen non canonically)
