Dim is a resident of the secret panda village in Kung Fu Panda 3. He is the twin brother of Sum and a cousin of Po. He is voiced by Willie Geist.[1]
Biography[]
In Kung Fu Panda 3[]
When Li returns to the Panda Village with Po, Dim and his brother rush to greet their uncle. Li then introduced the two to their cousin who they are excited to meet as Po is since he has more family he didn't know about.
Personality[]
Not much was shown of his or his brother's personalities but they seem friendly, playful, easygoing, and somewhat lazy.
Fighting style and abilities[]
He and his brother Sum can sling themselves into the sky by using their hammocks as slingshots and can hit their target at precise range, thanks to Po's training that allowed them to hit their target at a better accuracy.

Sum[]
His brother whom he is very close to and is never seen without. They like swinging in hammocks together and ricocheting themselves into the sky by using the hammocks as sling shots.
Li[]
Is Dim's uncle through his unknown mother or father, there is not much interaction save for him introducing them to Po after they return to the Panda Village. Li seems to love them, as he was quite happy to show them he reunited with his son
Po[]
Po is Dim's cousin through his uncle Li. They were introduced to each other after Po arrived to the Panda Village (Kung Fu Panda 3). Po was very excited after learning he had cousins as that meant he had more relatives besides his father.

- Dim and his brother Sum are named after the popular Cantonese dish style dim sum, a serving of food containing small bite-sized portions served traditionally in small steamer baskets or on small plates. The dim sum style of dining is used with many various dishes, but is most popularly prepared with steamed buns, dumplings, and rice noodle rolls.
- Basically, Dim and Sum were somehow inspired by Fred and George Weasley from Harry Potter due to their fun-loving nature.
